29.08.2019 – A month after the round in Spa-Francorchamps, Imperiale Racing will get back on track this coming weekend for the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe 2019 at Nürburgring (GER).
The Italian team will get to the start of the penultimate round of the season resolute to be the protagonist and score important points to keep the fight for the final win open. Imperiale Racing’s colors will be defended by the Lamborghini Huracàn Super Trofeo Evo #44 driven by Vito Postiglione (ITA) and Kikko Galbiati (ITA) in PRO and the #88 led by Hans Fabri (NL) in LC.
After an intense battle in the Ardennes, the challenge will now resume on the 5.148 meters of the Nürburgring in its GP layout. The start line is on the short pit straight and drivers will be offered overtaking chances at the famous Mercedes Arena. The Ford Kurve is slightly downhill and leads into the famous Dunlop hairpin. The circuit gets faster through the Michael Schumacher’s chicane up to the RTL and Warsteiner Kurve. The NGK Schikane provides further overtaking chances before the closing turn Coca-Cola Kurve.
The racing action will get underway on Friday with two free practice session of one hour at 11:15 and 16:05 local time. The two qualifying sessions will be on Saturday starting from 10:15, while race one will get green lights at 16:00. Race two will be on Sunday at 9:35.
